Welcome to the revised International Center Web Page. We hope that the new version is user friendly and that you find the information that we provide helpful. We welcome any comments and/or suggestions you may have to improve it. We also hope you will take time to look at the schedule of events, the NEWSLETTER, and read the information on changes in immigration and university regulations.

Paul is the Director of the International Center. He has over 10 years of experience advising international students and scholars. He has studied in higher education institutions in three different countries. Paul has a B.A. in business administration, an MBA in marketing, and is currently working on a PhD in Higher Education.
Joanne is the Program Assistant responsible for managing the health insurance for International Students and coordinating the entire Orientation Program. She prepares correspondence regarding these programs. She is also in charge of the International Center budget, facility lease agreements, food service contracts, . physical plant set-ups, media services, bursars, etc.
James serves as an Information Technology Consultant. He originally comes from Taiwan and has been working with us for ten years. James is responsible for network and software installation, web server administration, revising and updating the International Center, Phi Beta Delta, and International Institute web sites, providing consultative support and training to staff, as well as providing hardware and software troubleshooting.
Elanor's duties are to advise and counsel international students and scholars on immigration matters and respond to student petitions for USCIS paperwork; assist with all international student’s programs. She is also responsible for issuing DS-2019 and some I-20 forms, implementation and maintenance of University and USCIS regulations. Organize and conduct immigration regulation presentation, employment and tax workshops, special events for campus F-1 and J-1 visa holders. Facilitates the international faculty/staff hiring process by filing the H-1b application. Corresponds with the immigration attorney concerning permanent resident petitions.
Marco is the SEVIS Coordinator. He is responsible for assisting the Director in Coordinating the international Programs/Study Abroad. Coordinates the Study abroad Fair and assists in publicizing the CSUIP on campus. Maintains the Office's study abroad library. helps coordinate Offices'programs. Keeps and updates as necessary files and binders. Manage the front counter. Assists in the coordination of Phi Beta Delta, the honor society for international scholars. Supervises student assistants. Supervise mass mailings as necessary including the quarterly NEWSLETTER.
Rika is the Program Coordinator. She is responsible for assisting the Director in Coordinating the international Programs/Study Abroad.
