Orientation

This page has important information about your student life and includes information on academic advising, registration, and orientation. Please read it carefully. It will help you know what you need to bring and what you can expect at orientation. If you have concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. The International Center is here to assist you. We look forward to meeting you.

What can you expect at Orientation?

  1. Obtain a Credit Summary when transferring from within U.S.
  2. Meet your academic advisor
  3. Understand academic and graduation requirements
  4. Receive an explanation of Immigration regulations
  5. Get to know the International Center Staff & International Peer Advisors
  6. Find out important information about CSU, San Bernardino
  7. Have Breakfast (Winter/Spring/Fall Quarters) / Lunch (Fall Quarter )
  8. Complete health insurance requirements and benefits
  9. Make new friends

You must bring to Orientation:

  1. Immigration documents (Passport, signed F-1 I-20/J-1 DS-2019, visa (Canadian students do not need a visa & I-94)
  2. Money for tuition (we accept everything but a visa credit card.)
  3. $70 orientation fee
  4. Credit Card Receipt, Check or Money Order, paid to the order of DELOS Insurance Company.

Note: If you do not bring items above you will not be able to register for classes.
