The H-1B renewal petition resembles the initial application procedures. Please submit only following documentation:

1. Letter of verification of employment from academic department
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae
3. 2 Copies of H-1B1 visa stamp / I-94 in passport (if available)
4. Checks
   • $320 I-129 application fee
   • $500 fraud prevent fee
   • $1000 premium processing fee (only if applicable)
