On Campus Empolyment

International students are only allowed to work 20 hours per week during Fall, Winter and Spring quarter while full time during Summer quarter, and must be registered for classes. During vacation (winter and summer breaks), students who will be continuing at the University the following quarter may work both on and off campus.

  1. Must be in F-1 / J-1 status
  2. Must be in Good Academic Standing (including a minimum 2.0 GPA for undergraduates, 3.0 GPA for graduates)
  3. Must be currently enrolled and registered for classes
  4. Students are only allowed to work 20 hours per week during Fall, Winter and Spring quarter
  5. Students working on campus may not work off campus at the same time
  6. During vacation (winter and summer breaks), students who will be continuing at the University the following quarter may work both on and off campus, up to 40 hours
  7. Must be authorized by International Center
