  1. Be sure to submit a completed application 5 weeks before the next quarter begins. Ex. If you apply for Fall quarter, the deadline for application will be 5 weeks before the Fall quarter classes begin.
  2. You must be in immigration status
  3. You must have been enrolled in a classified status for two consecutive quarters at CSUSB for graduates while three consecutive quarters for undergraduates
  4. You must have a minimum cumulative GPA 3.75 and be enrolled for at least 16 units for undergraduates or 10 units for graduates at the time of receipt of scholarship
  5. Maximum awards for undergraduates 6 units or for graduates 4 units, per quarter
  6. All applicants will be notified about scholarship awards by U.S. mail in two weeks after the beginning of classes
