Reinstatement Due to Check Returning for Non Sufficient Funds

Complete student request form, with current address, ID#, phone number, and email address.
Please indicate the term you are paying for reinstatement. Once this payment is received, the hold that was placed on your record will be removed.
A money order is the only form of payment that will be accepted for an NSF check.
(Please note: A check will no longer be accepted to purchase health insurance in the future, no exceptions.)
Please make sure to inform Joanne Serrano, in the International Center, if you paid directly to the insurance company, so that all holds can be removed.
