  1. Must be in F-1 or J-1 status
  2. Must have Health Insurance cleared, as well as any other IC registration hold
  3. Must plan to enrolled full time at CSUSB, or have a Waiver Request form filed
  4. Must pay registration fee first
  5. Must be authorized by the IC Office
